Investment Platform

This highly sophisticated platform, integrates two other apps for enabling end-end residential real estate operations at scale.

As the lead product designer, the sole responsibility in this role was to understand the needs of every stakeholder, business requirements and translating these into the design of the platform.

Working directly with the CEO, Property managers, Asset managers, and Commercial teams, we were able to design a platform that provides:

• - Sales, rental, and market insights, ESG, and demographics
• - Comprehensive investment comparables and real time valuations
• - Asset management tools for financial reporting and optimisation
• - Letting and property management tools streamlining the entire process
